the eye

I've been seeing these kind of accessories everywhere lately. 
Creepy eyes on rings or brooches to simply keep your style up-to-date or protect yourself against the evil eye (it could work). 
Still not convinced about this trend, it's quite interesting though.

    Yesterday I was checking out the weird eye ring and I have to say I was creeped. The bobbie pins are nice, I like them. I don't wear brooches, but they do seem interesting

    With Greek ties, I grew up with images of these eyes and I always thought they were creepy when I was little! I'm not creeped out by them anymore but I don't really like how it's being used as a fashion accessory because I think of it in a superstitious way
