dimitri zafiriou fw 11/12

I got really excited when I realized that this collection was inspired by the 20's.. I liked the fact that Zafiriou had borrowed some interesting details of this era, like straight and tubular silhouettes, adapted to today's requirements.. Also a great inspiration was the movement of Art Deco with its geometrical shapes and cuts.. The styling was completed with a kinky make up.. 

Ok, it might wasn't the strongest show I've ever watched but it impressed me a lot!

delight fw 11/12

Evi Retziou and Daphne Iliaki from DElight suggested velvet and lace for the next fall, as well as dark purple and mustard colors.. Of course they played with geometry as they are known about it.. Great collection once again!

Lately weather in Greece is changing sharply from one day to another and now we are back to rainy days.. So I chose to wear something more warm for Fashion Week.. I actually love these colors and how they match all together..

I would like to mention here that I'm blogging almost a year since I started and the anniversary will be on 25th of April.. Really happy about it!!

lukas fw 11/12

Lukas is one of the most talented Greek designers out there and although he is a "new entry" he has already left his mark on the world.. This collection was full of glamorous and sexy clothes which every woman would like to own.. Staying true to his style, there were similar details with his previous collection but this one, I could say, it was more mature.. After all, I can't wait to see his next step in something really innovative and strong.. He can do masterpieces, that's for sure!

(I'm sorry for the poor quality of the photos but I had a problem with the lighting settings on my camera..)
